Intel has introduced the NUC8i7HVK follow-up to the Skull-Canyon NUC, sporting an i7-8809G CPU+GPU. It's basically a 4-core processor (3.1GHz-4.2GHz), combined with AMD Radeon RX Vega M GH graphics (1.063GHz-1.19GHz) strapped with 4GB HBM2. And it is rated at 100W...yep, toasty.
Honestly, you'd be much better off buying a decent gaming laptop with, say, an Intel 7820HQ / 7820HK / 8850H, and a discrete GPU - like the GTX1060 or higher (the standard version, not the crippled Max-Q). For roughly the same price as a barebones Top-spec NUC, you'll be getting a complete laptop, while the NUC will require extra spending on RAM, storage, OS, wireless keyboard+mouse, etc...
Also, keep in mind that under sustained heavy loads (gaming and such), it will probably throttle its clocks down a lot to keep temps in check.
I'd wait for the price to go way down (under $580), or just wait for the next one which should feature HDMI 2.1 48Gbps, Bluetooth 5.0 and 802.11ax.
BUT IF YOU JUST FEEL THE URGE TO GET ONE, you can order it on NewEgg ($949.99) or Amazon ($899.00).
On Amazon, you can even buy it pre-configured with RAM, SSD & Win10 Pro, but it'll cost you a pretty penny...
